Provider Electronic Solutions Software UPGRADE Version

This upgrade is required for users who have previously downloaded and installed the software. Upgrades will not overlay or destroy previous configuration or specific user data.

There are two methods to download upgrade:

• Download the upgrade from the web - Downloading from the web can be done from this page. This will require saving information to your hard drive and following the instructions provided.

• Download from the Bulletin Board System - This option is available to users who currently use the 270 batch eligibility transactions and/or the 837 billing transactions. Downloading from the Bulletin Board System involves using the tools-upgrade function within your current PES software and then following the instructions provided. This method requires having a production user id and password. Those submitting interactive transactions should download the upgrade from the web.
