Provider Login *User ID Forgot User ID? Register Now Where do I enter my password? Where do I enter my password? The way you sign into the the PROMISe™ Portal provides a better safeguard to the privacy and security of your healthcare information. You may have signed into other web sites by using a User ID and Password. The PROMISe™ Portal also uses your site key token. Here is how the service works: Type your User ID and click Log In. Your site key token displays. If you recognize your site key token, you know you can safely type your password. If you do not recognize your site key token, do not type your password. Your personalized site key token helps you identify that you are at the valid PROMISe™ Portal site. Note: If you have not created your personalized site key token, you will be asked to do so before you sign into the PROMISe™ Portal. Quick Links Need Help? Provider Electronic Solutions Software Department of Public Welfare	Broadcast Messages Today, 05/21/2013, the PROMISe Provider Portal site is experiencing intermittent issues with claims submission, claims inquiry and eligibility functions. Users are experiencing very slow performance, receiving errors and/or timeouts. Full attention is being given to resolve these technical issues ASAP. There is no need to call the PAC phone line to report these specific issues, however please continue to call if you need to report any other issues. We appreciate your patience until this is resolved. Attention providers who support the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Fee-for-Service Delivery System If one of the following scenarios applies to you: a newly enrolled provider in the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance program, a provider who has new billing personnel with limited or no medical assistance billing experience, a provider experiencing an unusually high denial rate on your medical assistance claims, The Department of Public Welfare offers training at no cost to you Even if you are already familiar with Medical Assistance claim submission requirements but would like to refresh your Fee-for-Service billing procedure knowledge, then our team of experienced trainers can assist you with specific billing related questions. To accommodate your busy schecule, training is available by appointment on-site at your office, via the HP Virtual Room, or teleconference, at no cost to you. MAPIR NOTIFICATION: If you have applied at CMS’s EHR Incentive Program Registration and Attestation (R&A) website (more than 1-2 days ago) for a HIT incentive payment and do not see the MAPIR link at left, please contact the MA HIT Initiative Support Center at 1-855-259-2114 or email RA-mahealthit@state.pa.us. NOTE: In order to apply for the EHR Incentive payment via MAPIR, the individual provider who registered at the R&A must have a PROMISe Internet account ID. A group practice internet account ID will not display the MAPIR link. If the EP does not have an individual PROMISe™ Internet account ID, you may register for one at http://promise.dpw.state.pa.us. more...
